Job Title: Recruiter - Out of Hours (OOH) UK Location: Makarba- Ahmedabad Job Summary: As an OOH Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization outside of standard working hours. You will be an expert in your field, with a keen eye for identifying top talent and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape within the UK. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, proactively sourcing talent to meet their requirements, and ensuring that the recruitment process is as efficient and effective as possible. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent outside of standard working hours.
- Source and screen candidates, using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build relationships with candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and advise on appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial application to offer stage, ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Continually review and improve the recruitment process to ensure that it is efficient and effective.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
