Your Role and Responsibilities 'Responsible to be onsite along with the customer and take responsibility of all BAU activities. Directly working with Kyndryl Cloud team for provisioning / deprovisioning of Kyndryl Cloud as per requirement (RFC). Coordination with IMC team for day-to-day activities. Raising change, managing Service request and incidents, and giving status update to the customer. Giving updates on Daily / Weekly calls. Prepare Presentation for Weekly calls and Monthly calls. Prepare Ad-hoc presentations or reports to the customer. Coordination with IMC team to prepare SLA and give timely SLA report to the customer by 10th of every month. Take care of the compliance posture of the account on a monthly / quarterly basis and to keep the account green from compliance perspective. Coordinate in projects and help in giving correct data to the required teams. Liaison with Kyndryl, Customer and Vendor to ensure high Customer Satisfaction Score. Ensure Run and Relationship survey at least twice a year' Required Technical and Professional Expertise Strong Knowledge in VMware, RHEL Knowledge on IBM Cloud Experience in Backup Management Experience in Databases like MS-SQL, Oracle and DB2 Analyzing the logs and taking effective action on them Knowledge about OS and DB Clustering Good Communication skill Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Experience of systems management using IBM virtualization technologies (VIO) Experience of installing, configuring and upgrading infrastructure systems To identify & take ownership of issues found and resolve at earliest opportunity according to priority and impact. Investigate the root-cause of incidents and look to implement fixes where possible rather than work arounds. To follow change management processes as defined for your perimeter Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines Must be self-motivated and work well with other groups Required Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Master's Degree
