Roles & Responsibilities
- To manage catalogues for all the market places (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, Meesho etc).
- To enhance the Business Development on online platforms.
- Supervision to the e-commerce team.
- To update Keywords on e-commerce platform to display the products.
- Planning & monitoring the ongoing sales performance on e-commerce platforms.
- Developing price strategies for the e-commerce store.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- To analyse internal data and web analytics.
- Assist to the directors to develop a strategy for online sales growth
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working with a sales team or sales representatives to meet a companys annual sales target.
- Ability to create and implement sales plans.
- Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress.
- Ability to analyse sales data.
- Presentation and analytical skills.
- Management and leadership skills
