This is a remote position.

: Online Piano & Keyboard Teacher - Western Music

• The job is to teach western music (KEYBOARD or PIANO) online to International students

• Western style of playing the piano is mandatory.

• Having a certification from Trinity or RockSchool and a music theory from ABRSM is PLUS.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• You should have a degree Bachelor of Music (B.M. or BMus) or a graded certificate from Trinity or RockSchool.

• You should be proficient in music theory. Having an ABRSM certificate is a plus.

• Trinity or Rock school of music certified.

• Experience in music teaching is desirable.

• Comfort with technology-based Online Learning (using the internet & computers). You should have a LAPTOP and high-speed broadband connection and a required setup at your home.

• Confident in leading online personal & group classes, Good presentation skills & classroom management capability.

• Self-motivated and team player, with good self-management skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Indian languages.

• You should have at least demonstrable experience teaching music to students online using Google meet.

• Demonstrable knowledge of music curriculum and the ability to implement it.

• Ability to interact collaboratively with students, parents, and administration.

• Able to pass a drug test and local background check.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Selected candidates would need to be flexible with timings and give 5 hrs on the platform.

• Candidates should be available to work on weekends.

• Educates students by planning and course of study according to the curriculum guidelines of the academy.

• Incorporate innovative methods of teaching to make learning fun for kids.

• Motivate students to help them make progress in their musical skill.
