In this individual contributor role, you will get to define the strategic orientation of the skin care category, build the brand by developing insightful communication, gain market share by driving campaigns for key products in salon to achieve awareness and market share for the brand.
Responsibilities:
You will steer the functioning of the brand consistent with the overall brand strategy and positioning.
You will orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products towards continued growth and animate core catalogue of the brand
You will conceptualise and develop new concepts for Brand Communication and Category communication to drive relevance and awareness of the brand.
You will be incharge of pricing and GTM and portfolio management strategy.
You will analyse data and market insights and follow trends to create animations to drive business
You will collaborate with other departments (Sales, Logistics, Education, ECOM etc.) and partner agencies/ production houses to build broader campaigns
You will make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
You will be responsible for working with the demand planning team on sales forecast accuracy
You will lead the roll-out of strong PR and Media Campaigns with focus on influencers program.
You will design the commercial schemes in collaboration with the sales teams for the trade channel
You will drive brand's digital outreach by further strengthening and developing key assets like 1. Website 2. Social Media creating content.
You will roll-out in-market execution of collections - Design & development of disruptive Point of Sale element
You will collaborate with the education team to build and promote new techniques through animations
