Job Title;- Online Bidder. :- Serverpoet Tech, a leading IT company based in Jaipur, is seeking a Freelance Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms and will be able to work on-site in Jaipur. Note:- Please apply only if you have prior experience working with Upwork, freelancers Note:- We don\'t have any option for Part time job or Work from home. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and projects on Upwork that align with our services and expertise
- Write and submit effective proposals to win new projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Maintain a strong and positive relationship with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and achieving targets
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer science or a related field (preferred)
- Day shift
