Job Title: Online Bidder (Upwork-Freelancer) Industry of the Employer: IT - Business Analyst Location of the Job: On-site Job, Jaipur Job Type: Full time Shift Type: Morning Description:- Note:- Please apply only if you have prior experience working with Upwork, freelancers Serverpoet Technologies, a leading IT company based in Jaipur, is seeking a Freelance Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms and will be able to work on site in Jaipur. Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential Upwork projects that match our expertise and services
- Prepare proposals, bids, and responses to client requests
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with our technical and management teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
- At least 6 months of experience as a Bidder or Proposal Manager on Upwork or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with IT services and solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work on site in Jaipur
- Day shift
