SG Gurukul, located in Indore, is seeking a skilled and experienced Online Bidder for Digital Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities through online platforms, bidding portals, and other digital marketing channels. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure projects and foster client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, social media, and industry forums.
  • Generate leads and opportunities for digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects for bidding on various platforms.
  • Proposal Writing and Bidding:
  • Write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements and project scopes.
  • Prepare accurate project estimates and budgets based on client needs.
  • Submit bids on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure contracts and projects.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and milestones.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
  • Analyze client feedback and market insights to optimize bidding strategies and service offerings.
Requirements:-
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations.
  • Proficiency in using bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Prior experience in client relationship management and account handling is preferred.
