Key Responsibilities Gather insights to understand new joiner needs and motivations from the perspective of key personas Co-create onboarding journey and experiences that address the moments that matter Understand how agile learning and development will be included in the onboarding journey Drive an exceptional employee experience that contributes to commitment and engagement to the LSEG Microsoft Partnership Test and iterate the onboarding journey with a focus on implementing immediate improvements Scale the onboarding journey to the LSEG Microsoft Partnership team that drives key outcomes Evaluate and drive ongoing improvement to the onboarding journey (process, employee experience, etc) High-Level Scope Onboarding Insights Onboarding Journey Guide Onboarding Journey Sustainment Model Skills and Capabilities Ability to understand requirements, address issues and identify creative solutions to drive employee engagement Experience of designing and delivering a change initiative that is human-centred Understand levers to create differentiated employee experience Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a complex transformation programme Excellent communication, organisation problem-solving and analytical skills At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
