Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?


Work with Head of Onboarding to solve onboarding related problems


Manage the onboarding team in allocating the work and responsible for training the team


Analyze the customer data and figure out best ways to structure the dataset to quickly onboard the customer


Be responsible for onboarding experience of the customer and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in areas such as Marketing,Product Insight & Sales


Work on stimulating and challenging technical problems around cataloging and data.


Be exposed to every level of the company, working closely with the CEO/CTO to meet business goals and working off customer feedback.

We love it if you have


Minimum work experience of 2+ years in business operations/onboarding/customer success with very good excel skills, team handling skills and client management skills


Care deeply about providing a great user experience to our users


Interest in working at a < 50 person startup and taking high ownership of projects
