Masalabox is seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to successfully onboard restaurants, home chefs/ creators etc.. across the cities. The candidate should possess sound communication, innovative, managerial and business insight skills to maximize business relationships and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities :- On-boarding of restaurants which requires you to travel to different locations around the city.- Restaurant management and coordination of schedules.- Maintaining quality of food by working closely with the restaurants.- Maintaining an availability schedule of all restaurants in the network.- Initiating partnerships with new accounts and actively managing existing relationships, being their P.O.C. for Masalabox- Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in restaurant base and revenue for the city.- Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurants and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same.- Conducting promotional events & marketing activations in conjunction with the internal teams.- Managing the restaurant community relations function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.- Account management of the restaurants and giving business insights to improve their business.- Responsible for training new recruits, especially restaurant onboarding executives, train them and mentor them- Responsible for Managing the Sales funnel and deliver on monthly targets ensuring org objectives are met.Skills :- Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the best restaurants partner with us- Effective communication skills with Attitude & Aptitude for Sales- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life Should be able to lead and mentor the team- Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.- Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach- Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns- Creativity & Initiative - demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward.
