Assist in restaurant setup, table arrangements, and mise-en-place
Welcome guests and support the service team during operations
Help in taking orders and serving food & beverages under supervision
Clear tables, polish cutlery, and maintain overall cleanliness
Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and closing duties
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely service
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards
Learn hotel SOPs, service techniques, and guest-handling skills
Participate in departmental briefings and training programs
Requirements:
Student or recent graduate in Hotel Management preferred
Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude
Professional grooming and punctuality
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work rotational shifts during training
