Job Summary
The On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) is responsible for learning and supporting day-to-day departmental operations under supervision, gaining practical exposure to hotel operations while following company policies, safety, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist department staff in daily operational activities as assigned
Learn departmental SOPs, service standards, and safety procedures
Perform assigned duties under the guidance of supervisors
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior
Follow grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards
Observe and practice guest service etiquette
Support team members during peak operational hours
Handle basic tasks related to the assigned department
Adhere to company rules, policies, and confidentiality norms
Attend training sessions and briefings as scheduled
Skills & Competencies
Willingness to learn and positive attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and adaptability
Basic understanding of hospitality operations (preferred)
Qualifications & Eligibility
Student / Fresher pursuing or completed Hotel Management or related course
Internship / Industrial Exposure / OJT requirement from institution
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,000.00 per month
