Key Responsibilities :- Outbound calls for conversion of leads received through various marketing channels- Pitch various products including mock tests, analytics, and online learning platform- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with the objectives- Proactively identify the cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing users- Handle customer queries through chat and inbound calls- Provide constant customer feedback to the product and marketing teams.Key Requirements :- 0 to 1 year of Sales & BD experience via calls and live chats- Excellent communication skills - English & Hindi (mandatory)- Understanding of CRM tools- Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask- Basic knowledge of various competitive exams is a plusAbout Oliveboard :- Oliveboard is one of the fastest growing ed-tech start-ups in India with a base of over 10 million users across all 28 States and 2000+ cities & towns of India.
