Job Description
Telesales- Quality Assurance Specialist :- Listen in on calls to ensure adherence to a sales script, call quality effective sales pitch- Train new hires on the importance of following scripts and on best practices during a call- Working with Training Team to improve the sales scripts - Monitor sales agents- product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure- Prepare quality reports for team managers and top managementRequirement :Minimum qualification : Post-Graduation / Graduation- Listening skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Sales and/or teaching ability.- 3-5 years experience in a training, coaching or sales setting required.- 1-2 years experience in a call center environment.- Experience in Health Insurance Products will be preferred.- Candidate should be able to speak English, Hindi & Kannada fluently.
