As a Sales Executive at Tofarch, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking, to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services.

Quota Management: Manage and report on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company targets.

Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in office furniture.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
