Job Title: Sales Representative - Food Industry Divinity Delights Pvt limited, a cloud kitchen located in Jaipur Bais Godam is looking for a Sales Representative, who will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our food brands in nearb establishments, and securing bulk food orders and party orders. Your primary goal will be to generate more revenue for the organization by expanding our customer base and effectively marketing our brands. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new leads for corporate staff meals, bulk food orders, party orders, and other potential sales opportunities. 2. Promote Divinity Delights\' food brands to relevant establishments through persuasive communication and sales techniques. 3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
6. Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunies and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and expand the customer base.
9. Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rappo with customers and effectively promote our food brands. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills to secure bulk food orders and party orders. Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed targets. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competive market. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the local market and understanding of customer preferences in the food industry in Jaipur. Highly incentivized commission structure based on the quality and quantity of leads generated and sales closed. • Day shift
• Morning shift
