Key Responsibilities
Exhibition Support & Coordination:
Coordinate end-to-end exhibition activities including material arrangement, sample preparation, stall support, visitor coordination, and post-exhibition follow-ups.
Sampling & Territory Communication:
Manage product sampling activities and maintain regular communication with customers and channel partners across assigned territories.
Order Management:
Handle order processing activities including order entry, validation, internal coordination, and ensuring timely execution as per customer requirements.
Quotation & Order Follow-up:
Prepare quotations, share with customers, and actively follow up for order confirmation, approvals, and revisions.
Dispatch & Stock Management:
Coordinate with stores and logistics teams for dispatch planning, stock availability, and timely material movement.
Reports & Documentation:
Prepare and maintain sales, dispatch, sampling, and follow-up reports along with proper documentation for internal records and audits.
Required Skills
Strong coordination and communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
Knowledge of order processing, quotation handling, and dispatch coordination
Basic understanding of inventory and stock management processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
Ability to handle multiple tasks, follow up proactively, and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
