What is the role\'s objective?

The individual in the role will be primarily responsible for executing processes & controls within Fund Administration pertaining to multiple business which encompasses but are not limited to the below broad responsibilities.

• Executing shadow NAV and other ancillary processing viz. Valuation of securities, etc. (parallel control to outsourcing FA activity) for different business areas supported by the department alongside a senior team member
• Responsible for accurate and timely master maintenance across various systems as viz. Fundware, Bloomberg, BO-SAP, etc.
• Responsible for preparation of various periodical reporting related to NAVs, Investments, Expenses and Dividends for regulatory submission and business requirements Reporting and settlement of trades with counterparties and custodian.
• Expected to gain sound regulatory knowledge of MF and AIF regulations pertaining to investment restrictions over a period of time.

• Well versed with Capital Market Operations. Understanding of financial market related instruments- (equities, fixed income, collateral etc.)
• A strong team player who can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn from others
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities
• Strong ability to routinely work on multiple unrelated tasks while effectively prioritizing and keeping track of deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences
• Basic knowledge related to Valuation, Accounting & NAV, and Performance Fees would be an added advantage

• We are looking for a candidate 0-3 years of experience

• Fresh qualified CA or MBA/CA Inter
