Job Description
Job Summary : To conduct technical training on concrete & construction equipment viz., Batching plant, concrete pump, Excavator, Wheel loader, Motor grader. Must have skills : MS - office,Profiency in Tamil,English,Spoken Hindi. Nice to have skills :
- Trainer experience
- Ready to relocate and extensive official travel
- Electrical / Hydraulic Knowledge
- Hands on experience on concrete or construction equipment
- Good Orator.
- Executing the technical training program for Operators for concrete Boom pump, Batching plant, Excavator, Loader and other concrete and construction equipment
- Technical Training shall be conducted as OJT, classroom training and Factory assembly.
- Hand-holding the trainees at sites to carry out the training effectively.
- Provide inputs from the field on region specific training needs
- Calling the trainees and technical institutes to mobilize the participants for these technical programs.
- Extensive travelling will be involved to conduct the on job Training
- Upkeep and maintain records of the training documents.
- Good working knowledge on MS power point, MS excel sheets & MS word document is required to develop the training materials and modules.
- Preparing the customer quotes and follow up on it
- Liaising with customers and inter departments to fulfil their training requirement.
