-Work in a company with a solid track record of performance-Work alongside & learn from best in class talent-Fantastic work culture- Our client is reimaging family medicine and specialty services with an innovative blend of on-site and online care.- Founded by two primary care providers in Scottsdale, the company has now multiple locations in Arizona and California.- Their unique care model provides services in a supportive clinical environment, and an innovative telehealth platform that can help you stay consistently connected with your providers anywhere and everywhere you may need them.The JobResponsibilities :- Develop and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets.- Prepare and distribute press releases, statements, and other media materials.- Coordinate interviews and media appearances for hospital representatives.- Plan and execute community outreach programs and events.- Represent the hospital at community functions and build partnerships with local organizations.- Address community concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner.- Facilitate communication between different departments within the hospital.- Develop and implement internal communication strategies.- Develop and implement crisis communication plans.- Act as the primary spokesperson during crisis situations.- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services.Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.- Develop and maintain the hospital\'s brand image and reputation.Ideal Candidate- You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Public Relations / PR within Consumer, Healthcare & Lifesciences and Media & Entertainment industry.- You have strong media relationships across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.- Experience within would be a strong advantage.- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams (ref:updazz.com)
