Primary Responsibilities
Strategic and planning
Personal time and activity management to ensure the micro-plan timelines are adhered to.
Use Company Standard Guidelines to ensure standardization in design.
Create internal checklists to ensure FTR in design.
Functional
Core- Create Detail design, master 3D, master BOM (Team center and SAP) for NPD projects
Internal process- Follow design manual guidelines as per ISO 9001
People development
Identify self-learning needs and complete activities and trainings as per IDP (Individual development plan)
Key Result Areas
- Minimum BOM/Design errors, ensure ZERO repeat errors
- Timely achievement of Milestones
- Compliance to Safety standards
- Compliance to Design Quality Standards (Standard procedures)

Knowledge of Simulation Software
