JOB DESCRIPTION

Objectives:

o Responsible for Maintaining and performing maintenance of Electrical equipment for site as per abbott guideline.Major Resposibilities: oCapable of Reading Electrical DrawingsoHaving knowledge of Installation and maintenance of Isolators, SF6 breakers CT,PT of SubstationoCapable of handling substation and PCC room independently.oInspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers (ACB,VCB and MCCB) capacitor banks.oCapable of handling DG and Load sharing during power changeovers.oIdentify electrical problems with a variety of testing devicesoRepair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power toolsoGood knowledge of MCC and Understanding of all types of starters, Soft starters and VFD's.oKnowledge of State regulatory Rules and IEE standards of Electrical systems.oHaving Understanding of LOTO system.oHaving Knowledge of Permit to work systemEducation: Engineering Graduate with minimum 2-3yrs. of relevant experience in Electrical Systems preferably form Food / Pharma / FMCG Industries.Background: o Valid Supervisory License from State gov.(mandatory)o Strong in planning and supervisory skills.o Good Communication Skills.o Knowledge in Electrical Systemo Hands on experience on Electrical Equipments. Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.Scope: o Responsible for Maintaining and performing maintenance of Electrical equipment for site as per abbott guideline.
