- Motivate and drive team to achieve results month on month
- Meet monthly collection target
- Drive the team on process and collection target
- Allocation Management
- Maintain constant connection with customers through regular outreach (Calls & Field Visits)
- Review the collection agencies and the dealer portfolio on regular basis
- Ensure all collection documents are submitted correctly and on time
