Job Description
A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling Current Account and Savings Account products to prospective customers. They play a crucial role in generating new business for the bank or financial institution by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and presenting appropriate banking solutions.Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for acquiring new CASA accounts. - Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance procedures.- Meeting or exceeding sales targets for opening new current and savings accounts, and achieving revenue goals set by the bank.- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets to the sales manager.- Have a deep understanding of the bank\'s CASA products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Required Candidate profile:- Graduation only.- Experience: 1 to 2 years.- Age: 21 to 30 years.- Good Conversation skill.- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
