Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties Instructions- Develop trust relationships with existing clients - Understand the latest developments in our products end-to-end (both borrowers and investor -sides)- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements- Serve as the link of communication between clients and internal teams- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with issues to maintain trust (Should understand how Ops/Product/Tech works)- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of numbers and forecasts to internal teams Requirements and skills- Proven experience as strategic/key account manager (1-3 years)- Ability to work with cross-functional teams- Ability to keep up with the latest products in the market- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs- Strong communication and interpersonal to build relationships with professionals of top-bottom levels- Good analytical skills- Ability in problem-solving- Quick decision making (ref:updazz.com)
