Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to leadership and staff, including preparing reports, presentations, and handling correspondence. Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Staff & Vendor Management: Supervise and support administrative staff, coordinate their work, and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers. Budget & Finance: Process invoices, manage office budgets, track expenses, and handle purchasing of supplies and equipment. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain up-to-date policies.
