Scheduling and coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff. Record and data management: Maintain organized records, reports, databases, and spreadsheets. This can include employee files, invoices, and contracts. Office upkeep: Manage and organize office supplies, equipment, and general office cleanliness. Place orders for necessary replacements. Visitor and communication management: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, acting as the first point of contact. Manage incoming and outgoing mail. Support to other teams: Assist HR, finance, and other departments with various administrative tasks, reports, and event coordination. Document preparation: Help prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
