Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Managing files, records, emails, mail, and general clerical duties.

Communication Hub:

Answering phones, greeting visitors, disseminating announcements, and directing inquiries.

Scheduling & Logistics:

Booking meetings, coordinating conference rooms, managing calendars, and arranging travel.

Office Management:

Ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a tidy workspace.

Staff & Event Support:

Assisting with onboarding, organizing company events, and supporting departments with daily tasks.

Process Improvement:

Creating and implementing efficient office workflows and procedures. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software (like MS Office) and equipment. Detail-oriented with good time management. Customer service focus.

Pay: ?9,714.84 - ?26,293.01 per month
