Track open calls, updates, and closures, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication to relevant teams.
Coordinate with field engineers to ensure timely updates and resolution of service requests.
Support the implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives.
Provide coordination and administrative support to field engineers.
Coordinate with field engineers to ensure timely closure of all Lenovo service calls.
Update HP final service call closures for the branch.
