Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Answering calls, directing visitors, managing correspondence (mail, faxes), maintaining filing systems. Office Management:Ordering supplies, managing inventory, ensuring equipment is functional, maintaining cleanliness.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Managing calendars, booking conference rooms, organizing meetings, coordinating events.

Communication:

Acting as a communication hub, sending announcements, relaying information to staff.

Visitor Experience:

Greeting guests, ensuring comfort, connecting them with the right personnel.

Process Improvement:

Following workflows and potentially creating new processes for efficiency.
