Job Description

Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters. Scheduling appointments and organizing diary entries. Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks. Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events. Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants. Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system. Handle all office admin works in absence of M.D. Take care of all office belongings including T.V. ,Camera, Computer systems, Printers and other equipment management and dusting etc. Arrangements of Owner and Guests refreshments etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,586.00 - ₹15,371.44 per month
