Job Description

The Office Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This role involves managing files, preparing documents, handling correspondence, and assisting in various office-related tasks to maintain a productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support



Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Office Operations



Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the office premises. Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and maintenance staff.

Clerical Duties



Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents. Photocopy, scan, and file documents as required. Maintain attendance records and assist in basic data entry tasks.

Support to Staff & Management



Assist various departments with administrative requirements. Help organize company events, training, or meetings. Support HR and Accounts departments with routine paperwork.

Qualifications & Skills Required:



Education:



Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:



0-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role.

Skills:



Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
