We are looking for a smart, presentable, and reliable Office Assistant for our Oshiwara location. The ideal candidate will handle daily office operations, assist with outdoor tasks such as banking and courier activities, and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
In-Office Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to guests and staff when required.
Support basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
Assist in setup for meetings and ensure the meeting rooms are well-maintained.
Coordinate with housekeeping and facility services for office maintenance.
Support administrative staff with daily tasks as assigned.
Outdoor Responsibilities:
Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, document submissions, and other routine transactions.
Handle courier dispatch and collection from courier services or clients.
Collect and deliver important documents from vendors, clients, or government offices.
Run office-related errands as instructed by the reporting manager.
Requirements
:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Must be smart, punctual, well-groomed, and trustworthy.
Familiarity with basic office procedures and etiquette.
Knowledge of banking activities and ability to manage simple paperwork.
Should be comfortable with outdoor work and field visits.
Owns a 2-wheeler (preferred; must have a valid license).
Basic reading and writing skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
Must be an immediate joiner or available within a short notice period.
