Job Description


Roles & responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing the filing system.
  • Recording every visit and meeting information as needed in daily activity.
  • Handling Daily meeting schedules and managing calendar, reminders & working to handle those meetings output.
  • Greeting visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Organizing routes/ transport needs as required for Veerji and Ma\xe2\x80\x99am.
  • Coordinating events/ functions/ visits as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Maintaining Employee record files/ help record/ news record file/ nursing college letter file record/ shelter request record/ Letter head records.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases of inhabitants.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 98,086.00 - 920,183.83 per month Benefits:
