We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work effectively. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages when necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office filing and storage systems.
Perform data entry and update spreadsheets.
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and maintaining databases.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
