Responsibilities

  • Supporting other departments in visiting Bank, various Government departments, All the outdoor related jobs.
  • Full Office maintenance which includes managing infrastructure also includes AC, UPS, Access control, Fire alarm Maintenance.
  • Facility Maintenance like, Purchase of Office stationery, keys of storage, Indoor plants, Pantry related purchase etc.
  • Office Administration support like printing of letter heads, visiting cards, projector maintenance, AMC coordination for common assets /services etc.
  • Events & Travel Management- Meeting room arrangements as per user needs, coordinating for Guest food, Hotel room booking when required, Local transport arrangement.
  • User Communications - Support in iPhone administration, distribution, support on repairs. Issue of sim cards, transfer of sim when required, Data card management, Billing of Various mobile connections.
  • Preparing MIS on monthly basis for cost control.
  • HSE- Maintaining the ambience at office, support in fire extinguisher renewals, Pest control, addressing the issues on safety walk and Gemba walk. Support during HSE Internal & External audit. Presenting the HSE points in quarterly HSE meetings
  • HR Support- Attendance system management & providing monthly and quarterly access reports statement to management, Maintenance of Labor related files, coordination with the labor consultant for any query or notice from department.
  • Others- Coordination for medical health check up in office, support in sale of old used company vehicles, Issue of Air pods, headsets and maintain proper check list.
  • Liaison with Building owners for any office related work.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Graduate degree with 4 to 5 years of experience in Multi National Company.
  • At least 3 years experience in supervising office admin staff.
  • Negotiation and Problem Solving skills, Good Communication skills to interact with local teams.
  • Computer skills required with knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Delivering Results & Meeting stakeholder Expectations.
