Job Description



We are looking for an Office Assistant that will handle the following : 1. Handling counter part. 2. Raising of all tax invoice against payment received from customer. 3. Releasing of Delivery order to customer upon collection of Delivery order docs from ,customer with proper endorsements and bl copy. 4. Need to check for port storage charges and detention charges before releasing delivery order. 5. On daily basis security deposit report should be send to finance team. 6. Need to check third part collection and issue security deposit to customer once empty container return to our custody.
Requirements:

You will need to have :

  • Academic Education: Graduate.
  • Language \xe2\x80\x93 English and Hindi.
  • Experience - 1-2 years.
  • Good Communication
