We are looking for a capable and friendly front office assistant to work at our reception area. Front Office Assistant Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Reporting to management and performing administrative duties. \xc2\xb7 Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Handling basic. \xc2\xb7 Copying, scanning, and filing documents. \xc2\xb7 Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette. \xc2\xb7 Performing other administrative tasks, if required. Front Office Assistant Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Any Graduate \xc2\xb7 Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment. \xc2\xb7 Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge on Ms office Ms excels. \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Female candidates are preferred.
