Job Description

1. Office Supplies Management



Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of office essentials Liaise with vendors and maintain supply records

2. Attendance & HR Coordination



Maintain employee attendance records and leave tracking Assist HR with onboarding documentation and compliance

3.

Travel & Ticketing



Book travel tickets and accommodations for employees Ensure timely reimbursements and maintain travel logs

4. Documentation & Filing



Draft, format, and print company-related documents (letters, tenders, reports) Organize digital and physical files systematically for easy retrieval

5. Legal & Compliance Support



Coordinate notarization and attestation of company documents Maintain records of legal correspondence and certifications

6. Coordination of paperwork for solar related government approvals



7. General Office Support



Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and supporting internal communication Ensure cleanliness, hospitality, and readiness of office spaces

Only Goan candidate will be preferred



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
