Job Description


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including handling the institution\xe2\x80\x99s financial transactions, maintaining confidentiality, and managing communication on behalf of the institution. Responsibilities:

  • Bank Account Management: Handle the educational institution\xe2\x80\x99s bank accounts and financial transactions with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Fee Collection: Oversee fee collection and other monetary transactions, such as G-Pay or Phone Pay, after thorough cross-checking with payees and obtaining necessary permissions from the Managing Director.
  • Payment Records: Maintain detailed records of payments and remarks. Take ownership in ensuring accuracy, and promptly rectify any mistakes that may occur.
  • Communication: Manage telephonic and email communication on behalf of the institution. Display professionalism and effective communication skills.
  • Confidential Document Handling: Safeguard and manage all company documents with the highest level of confidentiality. Ensure that documents are properly filed and up-to-date.
  • Maintain and update attendance registers for staff and Handle staff salary processing
  • Update office transactions and reports to the Managing Director.
  • Collaborate with the technical head to make decisions related to teaching staff and inform them accordingly.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the respective departments.
  • Maintain and update students\xe2\x80\x99 cards and training records.
  • Handle complaints from students and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Manage the issuance of certificates to students.
  • Meet other administrative requirements as directed by the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • Proven 1-5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and administrative tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
