  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper / digital form for audit and record purpose
  • Arranging post and deliveries / Greeting visitors at reception / Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Ordering office supplies / taking inventory count / maintaining reports and stock
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractor
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
  • Liaising with local municipal bodies to ensure compliances adhering to local policies
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management liaising with HO
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) / Greeting visitors
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Scheduling maintenance through AMC\xe2\x80\x99s
Your skills and experience Additional skills which may benefit anyone considering a job as an administrator include:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Sensitivity and understanding, proactiveness
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
  • Able to work well with others
  • Able to work on own
  • Flexible and open to change
  • Customer service skills
  • Well versed with local statutory compliances. Hence qualifications / knowledge in secretarial studies will be an advantage
