Job Responsibilities 1. Payroll activities by 20th of Every Month 2. Preparing Budget for expenses and getting approval from Partner for submitting to Head office 3. Preparation and Documentation of Cash vouchers 4. Attending to Branch Bank works as and when required 5. Responsible for Storage of office documents and Files in organized manner 6. Shopping for Office essentials, stationery, Cafeteria items 7. Maintaining Fixed Asset register 8. Resource allocation to various projects based on the Team leader requirement 9. Preparation of MIS and submitting to management on timely basis. 10. Maintaining Tracker for various due dates 11. Responsble for maintenance of Guest house and required payments 12. Proactive communication in respect of any operational matters 13. Validating Travel Advance Bills and uploading the same in portal for clearance 14. Travel tickets booking for the Staff as and when required 15. Taking care of New Joinee Formalities and exit Formalities and Full and Final Settlement 16. Scheduling interviews for new joinees and conducting prescribed tests and Evaluation of the same. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
