Role & Responsibilities:

Communication and correspondence:

Answer phones, direct calls, and handle incoming and outgoing emails and mail.

Scheduling and coordination:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book rooms, and arrange travel and accommodation.

Record keeping:

Organize and maintain physical and digital files, databases, and other records.

Data entry and reports:

Perform data entry, compile reports, and prepare presentations and documents.
Office management:

Supply and equipment management:

Order office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked.

Office maintenance:

Coordinate office repairs and ensure equipment is in working order.

Visitor and reception management:

Greet visitors and handle inquiries at the reception area.
Financial and administrative support:

Bookkeeping:

Handle general accounting tasks, including submitting expense reports and processing invoices.

Support for staff:

Provide administrative support to managers and other staff members, including handling queries and assisting with specific tasks.

Policy and procedure:

Help maintain and ensure compliance with office policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
