We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office. Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.
Manage and organize documents, files, and records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with financial tasks, such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Assist with human resources tasks, such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee records management.
Maintain office equipment and technology, such as computers, printers, and phone systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role in an IT company.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with IT systems, software and equipment is a plus.
