Job Title: Office Administration cum Human Resources
Department: Administration
Reports To: Lead Advocate
Summary:
The Office Administration cum Human Resources (OAH) is responsible for providing administrative support to the law firm, as well as managing the firm\'s human resources function. This includes tasks such as managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing the firm\'s filing system. The OAH will also be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, as well as onboarding and training new hires. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the law firm, including managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing the firm\'s filing system.
  • Manage the firm\'s human resources function, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, as well as onboarding and training new hires.
  • Maintain the firm\'s employee records, including performance reviews, compensation information, and benefits enrollment.
  • Administer the firm\'s payroll and benefits programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, such as performance problems and disciplinary actions.
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in office administration or human resources.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to send and reply to emails.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
