Role Overview



The Administration Executive will handle day-to-day office administration activities, including office purchases, vendor coordination, basic documentation, and general support tasks. The role also requires driving both two-wheelers and four-wheelers for official work.

Key Responsibilities



1. Office Administration & Support



Handle routine office administration activities Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and smooth office operations Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and support staff Assist in daily office requirements and internal coordination

2. Office Purchases & Vendor Coordination



Manage office purchases such as stationery, pantry items, and other daily requirements Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchases, and deliveries Maintain purchase bills, invoices, and basic records

3. Documentation & Records



Maintain basic administrative records and files Support documentation related to office and employee records Ensure safe handling of office documents

4. Driving & Outdoor Work



Drive two-wheeler and four-wheeler for official purposes Handle bank visits, courier dispatch, document submissions, and local errands Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned vehicle(s)

5. HR & Office Coordination Support



Support HR team with onboarding formalities and office arrangements Assist in interview arrangements and employee coordination Help in setting up training rooms and meetings when required

Required Skills & Requirements



Basic knowledge of office administration work Experience in handling office purchases and vendors Valid 2-wheeler & 4-wheeler driving license (mandatory) Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Responsible, disciplined, and punctual Willingness to handle outdoor and multitasking duties
