Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and integrate/deploy customisations around the OBDX framework in accordance with Oracle and client specifications. Lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing technical direction and guidance. Transform business requirements into actionable technical stipulations and high-quality solutions. Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues in both development and deployment phases. Deploy solutions to non-production environments and support testing cycles as outlined by Oracle or the customer. Perform thorough software analysis, programming, debugging, and support of testing cycles (unit, integration, regression). Write clean, efficient code and participate actively in defect resolution as assigned by internal teams or customers. Develop technical designs and detailed documentation aligned with organizational quality, audit, and compliance standards. Review and contribute to integration and regression test plans as created by QA teams. Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.

Required Experience & Education

4+ years of professional experience in software development roles, ideally with exposure to OBDX or similar digital banking product frameworks. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of the Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) product suite. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related front-end/back-end technologies. Experience leading small teams in software development or solution delivery. Solid background in software design, programming, testing, debugging, and deployment. Ability to analyse requirements, develop technical designs, and implement robust solutions. Familiarity with established standards, tools, and change-control processes. Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Experience adhering to QA, audit, and compliance expectations
