The team you'll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

• Good understanding and exp of Nokia system 4G/5G
• Understanding customer's network performance and supporting optimization activities to tune the RF network for better performance / quality and capacity utilization.
• Prioritizing RF optimization activities to address most critical ones based on customer, end user and Nokia business impact. Preparing SOPs for smooth operation from swap/integration till acceptance.
• LTE/5G neighbor planning & audit on Nokia system.
• KPI monitoring at project level and highlighting degradation in network performance.
• Analyzing the KPI / counters and performance statistics to identify issues, solve complex problems post vendor swap or new site integration.
• Studying and proposing pro-active measures to prevent performance degradations and customer complaints.
• Hands on knowledge of detailed parameter audit on Nokia system. Knowledge about various MO classes, parameters on both Nokia system to efficiently work on pre/post Network dumps.
• Covering tasks such as performance audits, quality and capacity optimization, parameter planning, network feature testing and introduction in the network, network statistics analysis, troubleshooting and performance capacity management.
• Expertise in traffic & load balancing on multiple layer network in LTE & 5G throughput improvement.
• Analyzing the drive less tuning logs/MDT logs to correlate with OSS KPIs & analyzing performance degradation.
• Independently developing field RF optimization plans / solutions and coordination with field engineer for activities like drive tests, Azimuth & tilt changed, etc.
• Detailed acceptance report preparation for Site & cluster acceptance, and report presentation directly to MS team.
• Expertise on Nokia tools like BTS Manager, WebeM , MUSA, RADAR.
