The nurture.farm app, launched in April 2020, has over 5 million farmers onboard. The nurture.retail solution, a B2B e-commerce marketplace for agri-inputs, has also scaled significantly in over 10 states and has 80,000+ registered agri-input retailers across India.

What you\'ll do :

- Take ownership of all business analytics needs for the retail sales function and aid create and maintain required dashboards and ad hoc reports for sales leadership

- Own and MIS of the sales and supplier side of business and continuously provide leadership with actionable inputs to drive portfolio and profitability goals forwards.

- Aid in preparation, execution, designing and tracking of offers and promotions on the platform

- Manage sales incentive calculations, provide periodic MIS on sprint achievements etc.

What we are looking for

- 3-6 years of work experience in business analysis/MIS roles

- Proficiency with SQL/python, MS excel and other data analysis tools

- Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with numbers

- Ability to work cross functional and problem solve on the go

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
